Tour to The Terrace at French Village
A springtime favorite is the tour to The Terrace at French Village Winery. Members meet at Karsch’s Village Market Parking Lot (1730 Old State Rd M, Barnhart, MO 63012) and depart around 11:00 AM for a scenic 45-minute drive to the winery. Our gracious hosts, Dean and Sara Robinson, will welcome us with an afternoon of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively music. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, so come hungry and ready to relax. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a leisurely lunch with fellow Porsche enthusiasts, all in a beautiful setting. Feel free to head home at your own pace after a fun-filled day.
Great River Road Run Tour
Rev up your engines and join us for an unforgettable Porsche adventure! We'll kick things off at 10:00 AM from the Center of Clayton Parking Lot (50 Gay Ave, Clayton, MO) before cruising through the scenic beauty of St. Charles County. Our journey includes a refreshing pit stop at Dr. Paul Sheehan’s picturesque riverfront home in Spanish Lake. Then, it's back on the road as we glide along the majestic Great River Road, passing through Alton, and arriving at the charming Grafton Winery & Brewhaus. Here, we'll savor a delicious riverside lunch on the reserved patio. After lunch, roam around Grafton at your leisure or cruise back when the mood strikes. Let’s make it a drive to remember!
Mark Twain Forest Driving Tour
Get ready for an adventure with your fellow club members at the annual Mark Twain National Forest Drive — a thrill for those who crave the curves! Picture yourself gliding through pristine, twisty roads with minimal traffic and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Just an hour from St. Louis, this scenic loop promises about an hour of pure driving joy. We'll take a delightful break for lunch at the charming Bixby Country Store in Bixby, MO, known for its cozy indoor seating. Mark your calendar for June 22, 2025, and meet us at QuikTrip (13099 Tesson Ferry Rd, 63128) at 10:30 AM. The adventure wraps up around 3:00 PM. Fall Color Tour to Hermann Wine Country
Get ready to embrace the vibrant hues of autumn on our Fall Color Tour to Hermann Wine Country on Saturday, October 19th, 2024! Imagine cruising through scenic central Missouri, the roads wrapped in fiery reds, oranges, and golds, on your way to the festive charm of Hermann’s Oktoberfest. We'll kick off our adventure at 9:00 am at the west commuter lot in St. Charles (don’t forget to fuel up beforehand!), hitting the road by 9:30 am sharp. A delightful pit stop awaits at Thierbach’s Orchard in Marthasville (18427 RT-47 Marthasville, MO 63357) — think fresh apples, pumpkins, jams, and those irresistible homemade cinnamon donuts. Once we reach Hermann, we’ll reunite with the Columbia group at Riverfront Pavilion (251 Wharf Street, Hermann, MO 65041), where a delicious catered box lunch and refreshing beverage will be ready to refuel us. After lunch, feel free to wander the town, soaking up the Oktoberfest festivities. This popular event fills up fast, so sign up early and join the fun! Let’s make this a fall adventure to remember!
Washington Fall Tour
Embark on a captivating autumn adventure along the historic Lewis & Clark Trail and some of the best hidden back roads. Our destination is the charming riverfront city of Washington, Missouri, where we’ll indulge in a delectable lunch at the renowned Oak & Front Kitchen and Bar—a local favorite that left us in awe during the 2023 Treffen Gateway to the West. Nestled along the stunning Missouri River, Oak & Front offers a fantastic menu featuring local wines, craft brews, and mouthwatering bites. Whether you prefer the coziness of their indoor seating or the refreshing ambiance of their outdoor patio, the view is simply breathtaking.
Our journey begins at 10:00 AM at the west commuter lot at the southwest corner of Hwy 94 and Hwy 40 in St. Charles. Arriving in Washington around 11:30 AM, we’ll promptly order lunch from their menu. Afterward, we have the freedom to explore Washington’s delightful shops at our own pace before bidding farewell to this enchanting city. This fall day out is an absolute must-do—don’t miss it!
